Every file is encrypted per workspace and per person, and SmartContact support staff can't open your drives.

A bin and optional versions

Deleted files stay in the bin for 30 days. Admins can switch on version history to keep earlier versions of files.

When someone leaves

Delete a leaver's My drive straight away, or keep it for 90 days so an admin can open and download files read-only, with every visit logged.

Set it up

Open Drive and create your first folders.
Choose Who can see it on any folder to limit it to admins or a team.
Upload files, or drag them in; files on records count towards the same company storage.

Which plan includes the drive?

Standard. Basic includes 1 GB for files attached to records, with no Company drive or My drive.

How much space do we get?

Shared company storage starts at 10 GB and grows by 2 GB for each user. Each person also has a private 20 GB My drive. Add +100 GB for £5 a month or +1 TB for £20 a month.

What if we move back to Basic?

You can still open, move and delete files in the drive, but not add new ones.

Pricing

Basic is free for up to 2 users and 500 companies. Standard is £10 per user per month (or £100 per user per year) with unlimited users and companies. Your first workspace gets Standard free for 30 days, no card needed. Prices exclude VAT.
