Tidy a messy contact list before you import it anywhere. Fixes name capitals, puts UK phone numbers in +44 format, lowercases and checks emails, splits full names and removes duplicates.

First 10 rows shown. Emails marked ⚠ don't look valid; they are kept so you can check them.
What it changes
- Names: "jOHN o'neil-SMITH" becomes "John O'Neil-Smith". Names already in mixed case, like "McDonald", are left alone.
- Phone numbers: "07700 900123" and "0044 7700 900123" become "+447700900123". Extensions are kept.
- Emails: trimmed and lowercased; ones that don't look valid are counted so you can fix them.
- Spreadsheet safety: cells starting with = + - or @ are made safe to open in Excel.
