Where do I paste it?
- Outlook (new and web): Settings › Accounts › Signatures, paste into the box, Save.
- Outlook (classic desktop): File › Options › Mail › Signatures, New, paste, OK.
- Gmail: Settings › See all settings › General › Signature, Create new, paste, Save changes at the bottom.
- Apple Mail: Settings › Signatures, add one, paste, and untick "Always match my default message font".
Nothing you type is sent anywhere: the signature is built in this page.
