What you get

From your price list

Add products and services with prices, then build quotes from them with quantities, VAT and discounts.

Accept online

Your customer opens a link, views the quote, downloads the PDF and accepts it online.

Deal marked won

Acceptance marks the deal won and logs it on the timeline, so your pipeline and forecast stay right.

  1. Add your products in Settings › Quotes & Xero, with your VAT number and terms.
  2. Open a deal and create a quote.
  3. Send the link; when it is accepted, review the draft invoice in Xero.
